Green Acre is operated by managing partners Dan Valerino and Joe Bower of Bottle Boon Consulting who bring roughly 60 years of combined hospitality experience to Campus Point from top-level establishments across San Diego and the rest of the country. Bottle Boon was founded under the philosophy of bringing an adaptive model to restaurant management through a shared vision of constant innovation and creativity.
