Green Acre is operated by managing partners Dan Valerino, Joe Bower and Brian Gaudet of Bottle Boon Consulting who bring roughly 60 years of combined hospitality experience to Campus Pointe from top-level establishments across San Diego and the rest of the country. Bottle Boon was founded under the philosophy of bringing an adaptive model to restaurant management through a shared vision of constant innovation and creativity.
